MAKE A SHORT FILM
A Social Awareness & Life-Skills
Workshop Engagement Project
Our exciting project is the production of three short-films to offer those living in Worcestershire and unemployed involvement in a fun, innovative & positive creative project - with life changing potential.
Lead by industry crew, the project includes media workshops to teach the necessary skills for the film shoot.
The theme of each film will have a social message, designed to influence positive change and provoke discussion, in a planned series of awareness short films.
The films can also be used as a learning resource.
Increased desire to engage in learning
New transferable personal, social, life and employment skills
Increased career prospects
Enhanced community interaction across different ages and backgrounds
Reduced anti-social behaviour and associated costs

MAKE A SHORT-FILM 2017
We engaged 18 learners in the project with each taking away something positive from the time with us, including: increased confidence, reduced isolation, new skills and a direction in life.
When Jason has to return to his home town to attend a funeral, he is forced to confront his demons - but are they all that they seem?
We commissioned Human Voice Productions to work in association with us on the production of the two 'anti domestic abuse' films, because their aim is 'creating content for social change' and we saw a natural synergy in the films' theme.
Two provoking short films that walk you through the lives of domestic abuse survivors, one shot entirely from the point of the survivor, but the final scene reveals a surprising twist.
